Angel can joust... huh?! When on earth did he learn to do that
(although considering his performance, maybe he didn't...) - it's not
really a skill he'd have picked up in 18th Century Ireland is it?!
Regards
Rob
Well, no. I that found pretty silly, to be perfectly honest. There's no
time or place for Angel(us) to have picked up jousting, and from what I
understand of it, it's not exactly a simple thing to pick up. The fact
that he actually managed to score a hit on the first past and didn't get
knocked off his horse is quite surprising, to say the least.

Easily explained actually:
Beginners luck...
Did you know it you go back to beginner after a couple of months?
Yesterday i played pool for the first time in ages,
i nailed the first 5 in a row, and didn't get another one after that ;-)

On a slightly similar, but different note. I was kind of disappointed that
Angel won and killed that protector demon relatively easy. He got a bit
sliced up, but this demon was supposed to be somekind of really, really
nasty demon fighting machine and Angel killed him on his own within minutes.
I know that since the series is about Angel, he has to win, but looking at
this ep you would think there is not a lot left in the world that could beat
Angel.
