bagels in a Bosch Universal Plus

I have a Bosch Universal plus a few years now, i want to try my hand
at making Bagels but new did see if the Bosch is sufficient mixing lower
hydration doughs such as for making Bagels

I don't see why it couldn't be used as a YouTube video reckons that your
model will handle up to 15lbs of bread dough. So it should handle a
smaller batch. I have an older model and with larger batches of bread
dough, the motor barely gets warm. I haven't tried it with the heavier
dough as I don't particularly like bagels but I wouldn't hesitate to
mix, say, 5 or 6 pounds of dough.
