hope this group can help me I want to make a elastic dough using flour
and water and salt and using no yeast in a bread machine, is it
possible

Sounds like you're making hardtack. The mixing ought to work fine,
but I'm not so sure about the baking. Explosives might be required
to remove it from the machine.

Why don't you want to use yeast?

Wht you describe can be used tomake flatbreads and can be kneaded in a
machine then removed before baking but you won't get a risen loaf.

Many bread machines do a "dough mix only" cycle. This is usually for making
dough, which will them be formed into rolls etc for baking in an oven. Also
naan bread, pita bread etc.

Mine certainly does. It is an oldish Panasonic SD-253

Use the dough cycle, roll out thin, bake quickly and you have
Matzot... Just don't try to bake this in the machine.
