Anyone tried making sweet bread in this machine? How did you get around the
lack of a sweet bread cycle? HELP!

Hi Sue,
Which Zo model do you mean? I have the Q20 and I suspect that the "Mix
in" cycle may be the "sweet" cycle, but the manual doesn't sufficiently
explain the differences in the cycles. The time is the same so it may
possibly be a lower baking temperature. I am just taking a wild guess about
that. I myself use the basic cycle, light crust and am quite happy with the
results.

Sue!

I just got the Zojirushi and noticed that lack of a sweet bread cycle. I
did see, however, that there was a sweet bread recipe in the Basic Bread
section. So I tried baking Challah (Basic/Quick - I used Red star quick
rising yeast) and it worked beautifully.

Good Luck.
