Hello,

after four days a white "mould" as grown on the top crust...
No greenish spot however !

What is it ?

No taste ! (?)

Does putting it under a grill will "kill" it ?
Or the sun, or a dry "wind" ?

Hi Gerardus, I generally toss bread at that point but in the future, is
you refridgerate it, that won't happen so fast.

You cannot see the filaments that form the mycelium this way.

Grin, that only hapens in an anerobic environment. Bread is not

I do know that. However, the poster was saying 'pomp and
circumstance' back at Boron for her explanation of mold growth. My
reply of botulism was only to point out that a devil-may-care attitude
won't always serve one well.
