My math teachers said:

From 1 + 1 = 2, move one line and get 139.

What is the answer?

1 + 1 = 2
Move the upper line from the equals sign (=) to create a 4 from the plus
sign (+), like so:
1 4 1 - 2
or 141-2, which is 139.
