yes, you are right...of course i did it in reverse to get the answer. The
first occurence of 'zulu' is what made me suspect that there was something
strange going on. And then another 'zulu' farther down made me suspect the
word puzzle. I then removed the spaces, replaced every word with a letter
and a space and did that process a couple of times.
This one was kind of fun.

and hence you must move to code 'alpha', then 'november' and so on.
What I meant was probably PAPA:

In the above sequence, I still haven't identified the complete pattern.

Wow... well, you're probably right that it *will* be a loop eventually, but
it'll probably be long enough to make the search for a repeated sequence in
PI look easy :o)

Try a trivial example of a two-letter alphabet. The code for 0 is 01 and
for
1 is 10. This leads to a well-known sequence:
0->01->0110->01101001...
The nth digit of this sequence is 1 if and only if the binary number n
has an odd number of 1's in it. The sequence does not loop, and I
*assume*
that the much more complicated alpha/bravo case doesn't either.

each original letter creates another sequence the "loop" can only be in the

with a --> aba you get a real quick loop but with a--> ax ; x-->xz ; z-->zy
...n-->ma you get also a loop, but very very late

(I remember a puzzle of yours in which you used

A more detailed description is below.
How to solve:
The first letter of the message is "TANGO" or just "T". This is expanded
twice . (i.e. the letter T becomes:tango alpha november
golf oscar alpha lima papa hotel alpha november oscar victor
echo mike bravo echo romeo golf oscar lima foxtrot oscar sierra
charlie alpha romeo, then A is expanded, then NGO). Once you get the
end of oscar sierra ... echo oscar, you will come across the
next letter - on the twelfth line (It will be the one that otherwise
doesn't make any sense - which is how I figured it out).
Answer follows:

The sentence is "The next word is puzzle".
Therefore, the next word is papa (or puzzle depending on whether or
not the expanding of the "puzzle" continues)
