I've had a great idea for a short story or possibly a book if I can grow the
plot somewhat, I have
some of the technical details for the 'idea' of the story but need some
generic links to turn the
idea into written form..

Can anyone supply me some links that would help with research, I am looking
to research
the command structures of various US and Chinese / Russian Agencies (NSA,
Pentagon, INTSEC
etc) so that if I do decide to put finger to keyboard I at least have the
details behind the scenes
as correct as possible...

Also any links to publically available data on fighter aircraft etc would be
awesome, I know most of
this stuff will be in the public domain somewhere , locating it can be a
tedious task and this would help
me a great deal..

For those that help I will consider sharing the idea for comments
