Anybody know if Asimov has written any books in which he explains
the concepts of general and special relativity? Thanks in advance.

Asimov's "The History Of Physics" has a chapter devoted to relativity.

I'm not sure if Asimov has written any, but I have a book that explains it
really well(not by Asimov). They are out there.
