I'm glad you asked, Rocky.
First of all, there are several theories as to what causes this
condition. Some say it occurs because their mothers have digested some
poisonous substance or another during the pregnancy. This is known as
the But-tox Theory.
Others say blaming the mothers is cruel. They insist that it could
happen to anyone, and that it is merely a genetic disorder which
causes the but to grow inwards. This is known as the Random In-but
Theory.
Whatever the cause is, clearly something must be done to better
facilitate the sitting down process. To this end each sufferer from
this unfortunate condition is assigned a personal trainer. While the
patients exercise their fingers (yes, fingers), the trainers act as
buttresses.
The trainers also entertain their charges by playing songs of singer
and noted mutant sympathizer Cher, accompanying themselves with
acoustic guitars - though they are rarely trained singers. For this
reason, the personal trainers are popularly known as But-Chers.
After sufficient training, the patient's fingers become strong enough
to support his weight. Then and only then he is able to sit down. To
put it succinctly, they sit on their thumbs.

I don't. The anonymous milker using the pseudonym 'el loco roco' is
a chancre on the sensitive parts of humanity and needs to be shown
that his nuclear ambitions are unacceptable. I suspect he is a weak,
powerless person in real life, or what passes for his real life, and
his anonymous insults, threats and electronic terrorism provide him
the gratification he is otherwise unable to attain. I think he is a
coward and Working Class (assuming that is not tautological) and
when he has joined the S.L.P. his degradation will be complete.
