Friend james demands Christ's parable of the rich man and begger has
*nothing* to do with the 1st century common everyday ideas about the
afterlife used by jews. Christ just made up a story to pass the time; got
it?

Why mention that idea? Because on the same illogical grounds the jw
vatican's notion of the "faithfull discreet slave" *must* be tossed. Why,
beacuase it too is only mentioned in a parable of Christ. Out it goes
friend james is now bound to confess; using his own logic about Christ's
parables.

Oh no, but the jw vatican "governing body" of 9 men who have complete
control of doctrine and practice is found wanting because one poimnt of the
"slave" bit is that makes them the *only* channel to God in both
directions. Thus, if they say something it is straight from God because
they are the "slave"; got it?

The "slave" bit is central to the exduse the jw vatican uses to excuse its
rigid top down command of what people "must" believe; no variation accepted
at the cost of having eternal life taken away.
