European Union and the number 666

There are 2 documents that I know about in Europe that use the number 666;

First is this document from the European Union created in 1998, numbered
666.
This document created the position that presides over the EU, right now.
("High Rep of the CFSP", which is the closest thing they have to "President"
in the EU):
"666. In December the Vienna European Council expressed the opinion that the
Secretary-General of the Council and High Representative for the CFSP should
be appointed as soon as possible and be a personality with a strong
political profile. It invited the Council to prepare common strategies on
Russia, Ukraine, the Mediterranean region and the western Balkans, on the
understanding that the first would be on Russia. Welcoming the new impetus
given to the debate on a common European policy on security and defence, the
European Council also noted that the CFSP should be backed by credible
operational capabilities."

Second is Recommendation 666, within the 10 nation Western European Union,
which gives emergency political and security powers to the leader specified
in the above document.
Detail contained in that document:
Sec 12: "Support proposals for the WEU Secretary-General and CFSP High
Representative to preside over the PSC (Political and Security Committee)
and civilian crisis-management machinery and give him powers to convene the
Council of the European Union in the event of an emergency;"

Currently, there is a man who is the Secretary-General of the WEU (Western
European Union, military wing of the EU) and is also the High Representative
of the CFSP of the EU.

The European Union has a 7 year covenant in place with Israel that is set to
begin on January 1st, 2007 and run through the end of 2013. There is a
mid-term review, at which point, the EU can cancel it.

find the title and the name that holds that special number predicted
by God.
and fulfilled by man all through the great Tabulation era.
All those you are mentioning are all part of the fist Beast of rev 13.
