MilliCare is a leading commercial flooring maintenance company.
We provide an exclusive dry carpet cleaning service to large
corporate owned facilities. The Outside Sales Representative
will be primarily responsible for finding and winning carpet
maintenance contracts to new corporate customers. Your contacts
will be mid to high-level facility managers and general managers
or company owners. Many of our current clients are Fortune 1000
companies. We are a rapidly growing and aggressive firm with
huge market potential because of the exclusive services we offer
and the relationship with other businesses. We are a franchised
partner with Milliken, a worldwide leader in the textile
industry. We are looking for people who like to work together in

Position Description:
This is an outside “hunter” sales position responsible for
finding and wining new businesses for MilliCare. All recurring
revenues from multi year contracts are included in the
compensation plan, so the high performer can build a lucrative
business over time. Sales Reps are assigned to a target account
list that have a high probability of success. This position
requires a high degree of organizational skills, independent and
strong work ethic, the ability to produce results against
assigned sales goals and a positive team attitude with excellent
problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:
▪ Minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience
▪ Experience in cold calling
▪ Excellent networking, prospecting and closing skills
▪ Time management skills
▪ Strategic selling skills
Recommended Qualifications:
▪ College Degree
▪ Knowledge of CRM software
