telecom headsets seeks a Marketing Manager capable of positioning
strategy by product and category. Key message creation and
implementation for all CCOD products Business development: create and
exploit business development opportunities to increase headset
adoption, increase purchasing frequency, and increase profitability of
products. Management of product level analysis: key model analysis,
channel analysis, key account analysis for CCOD, slow moving (obsolete
and overstocked) invento y analysis and disposition recommendation,
etc. Involvement and management of PSI process: working with
supply/demand group to maintain weeks, supply targets on products,
and/or product families. Forecast management with dedicated resource
and sales organization. New product development recommendations in
collaborative working relationship with product management. Manage
coordination of all CCOD division product launches. This includes
coordination of all launch activity (content of training by channel),
roject management of kit development, etc. Manage pre- and
post-launch management of CCOD products, including preliminary
forecasting by key account, by channel as well as tracking new product
sell in and sell through by channel, by key account. Develop
derivative product strategy. Act as the focal point for all
information issues such as launch timing by market & channel.
Competitive analysis and intelligence: help develop, implement and
deliver a competitive intelligence framework for the company. Work
with appropriate outside agencies as well as all internal constituents
to collect, analyze and disseminate relevant information to the
appropriate internal groups. Analysis of sell in and sell through
data to guide decision making. Requires Bachelors degree with
business/marketing emphasis Significant experience in launching
products into the US market through retail channels, interfacing with
product management, channel marketing, marketing communications,
documentation, and other departments. Experience with P&L level brand
management, 5 years+. Experience in PSI management. Strong meeting
and project management skills, requires significant amount of informal
influencing to achieve desired results. At least 5 significant
product l unches into US retail. Candidates must be authorized to
work in the US by one of the following: US citizen, permanent
residence, Canadian citizen able to acquire TN visa, have an approved
One Year Practical Training Work Permit visa from a US master's
degree, or possess a current H1B VISA. We are NOT able to process new
