Description: Our client, a small, rapidly growing Company is in search of SalesForce.Com Software implementation Engineers.

You will be responsible for directing and managing the operation for specific project and maintains close client contact.

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating overall project and directing engineers and subordinate staff.

Administration/management/ monitoring responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: establishment of goals, objectives, performance requirements, standards, and accountability; administration of project costs, budget, and management and operation of project.
Travel is required—45%
Job Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, test and document the salesforce.com application to meet customer requirements.

•Work with engineers and third party developers to provide support for customization of salesforce.com application. 

•Disseminate knowledge and conduct occasional technology training sessions for staff and/or clients.

Technical Skills/Experience

Required:
•Technical skills and experience in building and/or designing solutions of industry standard CRM software. 

•Experience architecting, installing and integration of CRM software technologies

•Experience with Oracle, Sybase and/or Microsoft SQL Server

•Full life cycle software development experience of enterprise applications (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing).

Additional Skills/Experience Required:
•3+ years experience in client-interfacing consulting environment

•5+ years experience • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to clearly and comprehensively document technology analyses, proposals, and designs.

•Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Educational Requirements:
•A masters degree or higher in computer science or a related technical discipline is preferred; bachelors in computer science or a related engineering or technical field is required.
