We are seeking an experienced IT sales executive to join our dynamic team. Essential responsibilities are as follows:



* Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas by initiating and completing the sales process including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, scheduling appointments, making presentations, understanding business needs, developing solutions and proposals, forecasting, and overcoming objections to close the sale



* Develop and implement sales strategies including introduction of new products and technologies leading to expansion of existing and new sales channels and markets



* Develop strong, ongoing relationships by demonstrating Harbor Consulting & Management, Inc.'s high-quality standards and genuine concern for client satisfaction



* Review and provide specific solution-recommendations for complex customer requirements, equipment configurations, feasibility of intended applications, required software and adequacy of implementation plans for customer needs



* Structure presentations, offerings, and contract negotiations (e.g. SOWs, Pricing Addendums) so pursuits move to closed business



* Deliver on commitments in a timely manner and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction



* Provide accurate and timely sales reporting to management including but not limited to product forecasting and service forecasting based on thorough analysis and customer dialogue



* Update technical, sales, and business knowledge by participating in educational opportunities



Requirements:



* 3+ years business-to-business technology sales experience



* Core Competencies: Customer Focus; Teamwork; Communication; Accountability; Innovation



* Must have a demonstrated sales track record with industry contacts and proven experience selling IT service solutions, enterprise servers/storage, mobility solutions and managed services.



* Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, and the ability to deliver convincing technical presentations and demonstrations to customer audiences of varying sizes



* Ability to work well under pressure, execute results against strategy, and meet critical deadlines



* Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and expectations while being responsive to the customer



* Bachelor's Degree
