Job Description – SR. Java Consultant/Lead/SME with Agile and Support

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration:6 months

Experience - 8+ Years

Till July Remote, Ready for onsite 1 week in a month from August onwards.



Role & Responsibility:

Management, Continuity & Improvement of Java based applications

Manage day-2-day Operations support & resolve P1/P2 Situations

Drive and Own critical Enhancements & New developments

Coordination with offshore team on development and Support Activities

Identify manual processes and deploy Automation Solutions within Java framework.

Propose Product Improvement ideas & implement the plans

Incident reduction through effective Problem Management

Delivery Status reporting to Customer pertaining to his Business Application area..

Skills & Experience

Must have min. 8-10 years of Development & Support skills in Java/J2EE/Web Technologies/API/Database/AWS based business applications.

Must have worked in Support environment and managed P1/P2 Incidents.

Must have excellent problem analytical skills to perform RCA and Solutioning.

Must have good working experience in Agile Delivery (delivered critical Enhancements and Bug-fixes related to Java Applications)

Experienced in Emergency/Adhoc deployments to ensure business disruptions are minimised,

Must have done Problem Management with targeted ticket elimination QoQ,
