Description: ColdFusion Programmer - Contract -with rihgt to hire.
We're looking for a ColdFusion programmer, ideally with some other skills, for a limited engagement. The duration of the engagement is intended to be from April 1 through June 30, 2008 but an earlier start is possible. Work will be located in Center City Extension of the engagement or conversion to a full-time position is a possibility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Author new code to run on our existing environments (CF5 and CFMX6)
- Troubleshoot and repair existing code
- Administer CF5 and CFMX6 servers (i.e. check server logs, handle failed email, etc.)
Additional Possible Responsibilities (depending on need and available
skill):
- Requirements definition
- Preparing code for migration from CF5 and CFMX6 to CF8
- Data modeling and performance optimization (Oracle and/or SQL
Server)
- Java
- ASP
- ASP.net (C#)
