BAE Systems is actively recruiting for the next class of our Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). -a The mission of the Financial Leadership Development Program is to cultivate professionals within the Finance and Accounting organization who are â?~action orientedâ• T and will lead effective change and promote innovation within BAE Systems.-a The significant commitment we make to program participants in mentoring, rotational assignments, and graduate school tuition pays great dividends for both participants and the company.-a The FLDP is an exciting and challenging three-year development program for talented, â?~high-performingâ• T individuals.-a It consists of three, one-year rotations, each with increasing responsibility.-a It is designed to attract and retain highly motivated people who want to become the future leaders of the company.-a The first rotation will be located at a BAE Systems site within the Platform Solutions business area. -aFuture rotations may be at one of the other BAE System sites in the contiguous U.S.-a Rotations will be within finance and accounting functions such as: -aProgram Control, Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting, Internal Controls, Contracts, and various Corporate Assignments.-a Participants are required to complete an MBA on a part-time basis.-a BAE Systems pays up to 100 percent for graduate school tuition, books, and application fees.-a Members of the program also complete in-house training that focuses on accounting, program finance, and government contracting at BAE Systems.-a U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the U.S. Department of Defense. Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university (Business-related discipline preferred). At least a 3.0/4.0 GPA. Possess leadership potential that has been demonstrated in academic or extra-curricular activities, or during employment. Willing to work at various sites throughout the Platform Solutions business area. Ability to relocate Superior communication skills. Achievement in non-academic pursuits such as clubs and organizations, special projects, military service, and prior work experience. Capacity and motivation for hard work.
