Description: Job responsibilities for the Human Resources Compensation Analyst include:
- Partner with employees and management to implement various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
- Investigate and respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and discrimination complaints
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement
- Review documentation related to performance improvement plans
- Manage FMLA, workers compensation and unemployment issues
- Report employees on leave to HRIS specialist
- Provide cash flow analysis
- Assist in compensation management including position salary reviews and annual merit pool increases
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
