Description: Company: A large prestigious national customer service provider

Primary Role: To provide management of company Application Software Portfolio & related licenses.

Job Description: to develop & manage a tool that manages information about all applications utilized by the company.
Categorize applications by type & definition of ownership.
Develop tracking of software dependencies.
Manage & track software licensing. Track License usage.
Management of small to medium projects related to software standardization& optimization.
Development of software support model.
Development of software maintenance standards.

Knowledge: Understanding of IT technologies
Software lifecycle knowledge
Complex databases & spreadsheets management
Understanding of business processes & how software is used.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in an IT management & support position.
Successful management of several small to medium IT projects related to standardization.
Experience in project & portfolio management
Understanding of business applications & their licensing
Extensive technical support experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in math or Computer Science or equivalent training & experience.

Location: near Cherry Hill, NJ

Salary: $110K, plus 15% bonus & excellent benefits
