Description: Primary Skill Requirement - CSS, XML, XSL, HTML 4.1 and HTML 5.0, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT Position develops and designs complex, integrated systems and enhancements in designated programming languages. Ensures systems and enhancements are fully compliant with requirements through appropriate unit and system / integration testing. Develops web and server based systems / applications and integration of multiple information systems. Ensures functional and technical design meets business requirements. Ensures appropriate, accurate, up-to-date technical documentation is available for systems and logic behind data structures. Assists and supports testers with development and execution of test plans. Mentors developers in creating user and technical documentation. Works with the network staff and user community to successfully implement new systems. Strong front end developer with AJAX , JavaScript, JQuery, Style sheet, JSON with backend JAVA technologies and other ORM tools like Spring. Used Agile Methodology as a software development process following continuous integration programming. Design and developed user interfaces using CSS, XML, XSL, HTML 4.1 and HTML 5.0, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT and FLASH. Our Web Application Engineers help drive the delivery of successful, cutting edge products by working on a team with other highly talented Development and Quality Engineers. Responsibilities Own the development of one or more Web client-side components, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment. Work closely with the operations teams of mobile operators and hosting providers such that they understand how to install, configure and operate Adobes Web applications. Work with members of the Project Management, Design and Development teams to build a coordinated feature set. Work closely with QE engineers to ensure quality throughout the development cycle. Develop and implement creative solutions to integrate our technology into mobile operator service infrastructures. Share expertise and advise others in the application of Web. Write high quality, high performance Javascript and AJAX code. Write complete Unit Tests for developed code. Participate in scoping and sizing of requirements using Agile development methods. Qualifications 5-8 years commercial software development experience. BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. 3 or more years hands-on ActionScript experience. 2 or more years hands-on Flex development experience is preffered. 2 or more years developing consumer-facing Web applications. Experience with standard revision control and defect tracking tools. Expertise building Flash-based presentations of large-scale applications. Experience writing deployment and installation scripts for enterprise applications. Ability to thrive working in a team environment and directly with customers. Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams. Passionate desire to build great products. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ideal Experience with Agile development methodology. 3 or more years experience working with mobile operators, integrating enterprise servers into their billing, customer care, provisioning, or network operations infrastructure. Experience with IBM websphere. Experience developing applications which interact with Oracle 9i and 10g databases.
