Description: * Install, configure, deploy and maintain Weblogic and Weblogic Platform server in a clustered environment. Set and maintain the architecture and design for web application infrastructure. Work with web development team in diagnosing and resolving Weblogic/web based systems related problems.
* Work with Web development, Digital Media Services and any other teams (OS-Services, Network, and DBA) to troubleshoot, resolve and respond to user and web site tickets/issues.
* Design, implement, test, and improve disaster recovery procedures and system designs. Administer and support web applications, e-commerce and infrastructure, including HTTP servers, web application servers.
Required Experience
* BS degree in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience of 3 year of Strong Weblogic administration with expertise in installation, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting and deploying J2EE applications.
* Demonstrated excellence in writing Windows and Unix Scripts.
* Demonstrated experience in Apache ANT scripting and batch file scripting to automate the Weblogic routine tasks
* Demonstrated experience in server monitor and performance tuning
* Demonstrated experience in using Oracle 9i and 10g databases
* Demonstrated experience in Apache ANT scripting and batch file scripting to automate the Weblogic routine tasks
* Demonstrated experience in the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork
