Description: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Artist with document preparation and editing capabilities to assist in the development of proposals, presentations and published materials. The successful candidate will be expected to work directly with scientists and engineers to translate operations and research concepts into effective graphics. The candidate must exhibit creativity and have an artistic style. Responsibilities will include working with multiple proposal teams, document warehousing and version control, designing and implementing document templates, producing large sophisticated MS Word and PDF documents and have the ability to produce multi-media materials with some animation. Must be flexible, detail oriented, comfortable taking direction, comfortable working at a high volume, fast pace with the ability to multi-task within tight deadlines; website development and administration a plus.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Visio required
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point applications
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Experience in proposal production
4-year degree in graphic design or related field

Additional Qualifications:
Website development and administration a plus
