Job Description:Technology Integration Project Lead Manage the technology relationship for our external middle office clients. Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain a trusted client relationship both in verbal and written forms. Monitor/report on the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions to the clients. Partner with business/establishes governance system that allows for effective management of IT priorities. Provide guidance to business around vendors and technical trends. Consider the client's goals and requirements and align solutions with the overall business and IT strategy when scoping and planning a project/program. Work with business and technology teams to ensure that the business needs are understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business. Knowledge of Financial Services business required - Institutional Portfolio accounting a plus.
You will serve as the primary communication channel on all IT related activities under your responsibility for your client(s). Analyze emerging technologies and work with business and IT leadership to translate implications of the new trends into an effective IT vision and strategy. Establish working relationship with businesses and other technology team members. Partner with business technology teams to engage business-aligned teams in developing technology/product strategies. Knowledge of application development and leading those projects is also a skill set required. This includes following an SDLC, PMLC and Project Delivery Framework or other methodologies.
Job Skills/Qualifications: College degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience Minimum 8 years of IT experience and related management experience in multiple business and technical processes Understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of Financial Services business - Institutional Portfolio accounting a plus Strong knowledge of applicable business areas, the supporting technology architecture, and applicable processes. Strong knowledge of relevant applications and development of life cycles Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of business and technology trends. Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models, and working with professional services firms Strong influencing/negotiation skills
