Description: Genesis10 is seeking a qualified Project Admin II to work supporting our client in the Parsippany, NJ area for an immediate; on-site; long-term; contract opportunity for our client in the telecommunications industry. Job Summary/Key Activities Performs all clerical duties as required. Attends meetings; compile meeting minutes Assists Project Management with tracking, updating and reporting on project-related activities Updates and maintains technical databases and generates reports. Tracks and compiles project information and prepares status reports for management Reviews and reconciles project issues at the request of the Project Manager Assists Project Manager as needed Qualifications A minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience in project administration, or a related functional area in a communication systems company Possesses basic understanding of project methods and processes. Possesses good project tool skills Possesses good interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in a team environment High School education or equivalency Two-year business degree is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, MS Word, MS Project Qualified and interested candidates should apply now for immediate consideration.
