Description: Project Name: Eagle SRM Implementation Position: Eagle SRM - Sr. Business Analyst/Project Project Summary: The main goal of the Eagle SRM Project is to implement a Global Asset Master Data Management solution using Eagle SRM platform. This project will also create a Global Asset Reference Data Governance framework that will define and document formal data standards, data policies and procedures for Asset Reference data. Skills and Experience Requirements: Business Analysis experience in SMF related system implementations - 5+years Business Analyst experience implementing Eagle SRM products (experience in Eagle Pricing Center is a plus) Relevant experience in Financial Services industry, Capital Markets and Investment Products (Fixed Income) 5+years Knowledge of trade process flows and organizational structure of Investments Operations Knowledge of the project and system development life-cycle Superior analytical skills and problem solving Excellent Excel, MS Word, Access, SQL and MS Project Skills Demonstrate advanced communication and relationship building skills Data Architecture and Data Governance background is a plus. Scope of Responsibilities: Conduct formal business analysis sessions with stakeholders in order to elicit and gather requirements Develop Acceptance Testing plans and coordinate the execution of test cases with business users Configure Entitlement rules in Eagle using Eagle Configure SMF Best of Breed Rules and Data Exception rules in Eagle SRM Lead project meetings and requirement discussions Elicit, gather and document business requirements Design and document business workflows Train business users in implemented systems and workflows Create and maintain project documents Create Test Plans and Test Cases. Coordinate Acceptance Testing. Document formal data standards, data policies and procedures Disseminate project information to stakeholders Work with stakeholders to define task deadlines, taking in consideration business requirements and resource availability Create and maintain detailed project plans Manage project task to ensure that only what was agreed upon is timely delivered Identify, track and coordinate the resolution of project issues
