Responsible for managing the BPO and appraisal order tracking and vendor call center team for the Default Valuations department. This position requires supervising a staff in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Duties:
*Overseeing the day to day operations within the order tracking and call center team
*Directing staff on daily tasks and reporting needs
*Establish employee goals and productivity metrics
*Making sure staff's performance and productivity levels meet established goals
*Preparing process maps, training material and standard operating procedures
*Constantly reviewing processes and procedures to identify areas in need of improvement
*Implementing new processes and procedures as needed for process improvement and efficiency
*Employee training, coaching and development
*Complete employee performance evaluations.
*Coordinating employee schedules
*Complete reports as requested by supervisor
*All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
*Management experience
*Call center and/or industry experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to multi-task
*Proven problem solving skills
*The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with clients, co-workers and management.
*Computer skills including experience using MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
