SSA, a GE Healthcare company is one of the leading providers of sleep diagnostic testing and treatment currently has a full-time opening for a licensed respiratory therapist at Atlanta GA hospital based sleep lab
Requirements:
You must be a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner
Sleep Lab Management Experience with a high volume sleep lab
CPAP set-up experience
Demonstrated history of leading and motivating
Major Job Functions:
Responsible for the operational performance of the sleep lab to promote the growth and the attainment of business objectives
Perform all CPAP set-ups
Management Functions:
Implements and maintains office procedures and controls in compliance with company policies to ensure the effective operation and management of all functional components of the area such as customer service, purchasing, and distribution.
Ensures facility is maintained in an attractive, safe and efficient manner.
Assists in developing, interpreting and implementing new policies
Coordinates the implementation of new programs
Maintains SSA performance standard criteria for all administrative and clinical functions
Profit/Loss Objectives:
Responsible for profit and loss expectations for the branch
Maintains staffing levels, expenditures, asset equipment utilization and inventory levels to ensure maximum profit margins
Supervision/staff development:
Supervises subordinate staff for development, project direction, and production quality and quantity Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, conducting performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff
Approves and ensures timely program implementation and client satisfaction
Clinical function:
Performs all CPAP set-ups
Performs Polysomnograms in a back-up capacity
Provides clinical services as necessary to ensure optimal QA performance and client satisfaction of the area
