Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress Accept accountability for increasing revenue and gross margins from existing clients Accountable for all aspects of a client relationship, pre- and post sales technical assistance Accountable for building a sales pipeline for the account Accountable for delivering all activities per SLAs set for the client Competent in all aspects of the recruiting process to support the recruiters efforts Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation, communications and problem-solving skills Excellent MS Office skills a must; candidate should possess high level of expertise in creating spreadsheets, reports, data analysis and presentations to leadership and clients The ideal candidate should have At least 3 - 5 years of Account management / Sales experience in IT staffing industry / IT Services Industry Disciplined planning process Well versed in utilizing technology and a CRM application Detail oriented, well-organized, self-starter, self directed planner with strong initiation skills. Personable, strong presentation skills, ability to think on feet, client centric with desire to help client solve a problem. Take direction well, team-player, work well with diverse work force. Good commission opportunity. Commissioned on all deals they do where they have direct connection with managers and help influence use of Artech.
