Our Customer is 4G/5G R&D SW Solutions co. working for Carrier Solutions for 5G implementation worldwide.
As an RFP technical lead in the Network Functions Business Unit of our customer you will partner with key stakeholders to write, edit and manage content of compliant responses to customer request for proposals (RFP). As a specialist, you will be a highly motivated, independent self-starter with the ability to work autonomously to take the initiative to provide comprehensive responses to our customers. With matrix management capabilities you will build subject matter expertise to interact with the matrix organizations of internal business units as well as partners and customers. With your organizational and multi-tasking skills you will manage the entire RFP response as well as corresponding defense related activities.

Job Responsibilities:
o Coordinate and manage the RFx responses for bids to customers within the timelines and deadlines
o Create and assign a responsibility matrix to various team members to ensure completion of the bid response
o Participate or organize internal or external meetings when required with PLM, Engineering, Sales, Vendors or 3rd party Partners for providing responses, draft reviews and ensure quality of responses
o Manage, exert influence, mediate conflicts, and consolidate responses from various teams to prepare the final responses to bids
o Develop a repository of responses that can be used to automate and provide a first pass for the responses for various bids
o Develop strong relationships with sales team, subject matter experts (eg. product managers, finance team, IT team, operations etc).
o Assist team in developing reference documents for proposals
o Support the defense related activities for various bids conducted by us.
o Be a primary contact and support partner led customer activities on various bids
o Monitor effectiveness of bids and recommend adjustments accordingly
o Assist product management team as required


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably with MBA
• Demonstrated experience in managing bids in the mobile wireless or networking domain
• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to work across internal teams or external vendors and partners
• Experience creating in high-quality customer collateral for RFx responses/defense under pressure in a dynamic, high-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and maintain excellent attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of the proposal process
• Superior writing, editing and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft word, powerpoint and excel
• Technical writing experience in telecommunications products preferred
• Mobile network experience preferred
