Description: CRM BUSINESS ANALYST FOR DIRECT MARKETING CRM REQUIREMENT #12-00242RECRUITER: CHERYL AMBROSEJOB LOCATION: PLAINSBORO, NJMARCH 26, 2012 Project Description: The ideal candidate would have experience with managing CRM campaign closed loop direct marketing execution in the Pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include survey creation and management, developing clear and concise functional requirements, documenting campaign business rules and metadata, defining file interface agreements and testing. The candidate must demonstrate experience in campaign process flow as it relates to the campaign software tools, merge purge, data cleansing, and waterfall reconciliations. Experience using campaign management tools like Unica or ETL tools is a plus. Knowledge of SQL or SAS is a plus. Candidate will be expected to manage and maintain overall project timelines for programs and campaigns. He/she must be able to demonstrate with examples the importance of accountability, effective project management, and succinct communication. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. MS Project experience is a must. Functional expert with 2+ years experience in Direct Marketing Campaign Management with IT, systems, or technology experience in a large corporation as it relates to implementation of databases or CRM systems to support business goals. Develop written specifications and maintain detailed documentation, including campaign specifications, data dictionary, data maps, validation reports and change documents. Extensive experience using campaign management tools, proprietary or professional software, in order to create marketing campaigns. General Information: Job Description: Strong skills in building and maintaining successful networks and relationships with key leaders across a single functional area to ensure IT projects are supported and successfully delivered. Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner. Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication. Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development. Command of project management techniques and tools.
