Telecom – 4G/5G Radio-5G RAN
Program Manager -PMP-Certified -RAN-ORAN -5G
Location: Boston-East coast or -West Coast USA
Exp. 14+yrs
** Only US Citizen/PR/GC/EAD or H1B with min 4 yrs remaining to work in USA
** Must have Exp. in 4G/5G SW PRoduct /Solution Co. in USA
We are looking Program Manager, This individual would work closely with the product management team to orchestrate and support the program planning for the lifecycle of our products across our global team as well as 3rd party vendors and partners.
Job Responsibilities:
o The program manager will manage the lifecycle of the different RAN solutions effectively tracking the various phases, feature delivery, managing governance, costing, steering the development teams or partners for on time delivery and ensuring overall goals of the project are being met
o Providing timely updates, escalation, communication, and other reports to the various stakeholders of the project
o Work with our internal engineering teams as well as 3rd party vendors to deliver program plans, statement of work, schedules, costing and reporting
o Manage multiple projects and prioritize across different business units within co.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Related Field.
• Min.5 to 8 years of experience in RAN or related experience
• Strong project management experience in telecommunications field
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence multiple teams, priorities, and people
• Experience working with project management tools and generating reports from these tools
• Experience influencing various teams to deliver projects of various complexity
• Independent with the ability to take initiative and works with limited direction
• Good written and verbal English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical experience with RAN or radio technologies preferred
• Working Knowledge of Mobile standards and evolution (3GPP,CPRI, eCPRI, 4G/LTE-A, 5G) preferred
• Understanding of network infrastructure within cloud platforms would be nice
• International experience
• Program management certifications (eg. PMP)
