Our client is a leading global manufacturer. They are a leading international supplier of plastic additives; a leading manufacturer of pool and spa products; a global leader in seed treatment and crop protection; the largest component supplier to the lubricants industry; and a top producer of urethane polymers. The company is organized into SBU's - This position works at a regional office in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing the process for IT project requests for priority and portfolio consideration and ensuring that expectations are met. This will include negotiating service levels and conduction regular service level reviews; facilitating expense and capital planning and project prioritization; managing I/T assets and corresponding licenses; and serving as the liaison for the enterprise PMO.
Key Selection Criteria:
The successful candidate will possess at least ten years working in a complex I/T environment with demonstrated expertise in portfolio/relationship/program management. Additional experiences will include leadership of both internal/external teams; ability to function in a matrix organization; and project solution architecture and strategy. A PMP designation is also highly desirable.
Compensation:
The audit lead position offers a base salary is in the $110,000 to $140,000 range plus participation in a management incentive program. The company also provides a comprehensive fringe benefits program. .
