Description Assist in the control cost of the construction. Assist the construction department regarding the cost incurred so far and remaining cost to finish the WF. Analyze actual vs budget of projects under construction. Analyze the reason for the variations between the actual figures and the budget figures. Prepare cash flow for the Wind farm, update the cash flow of the wind farm based on the monthly activity. Assist on the year end forecast of the revenue recognition based on the activity of the WF construction. Assist in the analysis of the potential prices of the projects. Assist in the Finance issues of the Due Diligence. Assist in the year budget preparation for Wind farms to be constructed. Multinational environment is a plus. Construction company will be a plus. Budget and control of performance is a must.
High level of Microsoft office skills. Self motivated and willing to learn about the business. Good at team working. Dealing and supporting with departments. Solve problems orientated. SAP will be a plus.
Required Skills At least four years in an Accounting, Finance or Controlling Department, or with experience in control of projects. If he/she has experience in control cost of projects, the previous is not a must. Finance or Accounting degree.
