Job Description:

Harris RF is looking for a Subcontract Manager to work in a highly dynamic and professional Supply Chain environment Responsibilities include: * Prepare, execute and manage domestic & international master service agreements, major procurements & subcontracts with existing or new direct spend and/or indirect suppliers. * Demostrateability to negotiate timely & effectively best value procurements/agreements in terms of price, delivery, quality, terms and conditions and performance.

Qualifications:

* The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the procurement field with an emphasis on initiating and managing major procurements and Subcontracts. * Candidates must have a BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience:

* Working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, Socio-economic requirements, ITAR/EAR/Export Control Laws, INCO terms andU.S.Government, commercial and international procurements methods * Strong quantitative analysis skills as well as computer skills are essential. * Professional certifications are a plus for this position. This position requires an active secret level security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
