Immediate Openings! Two Customer Service Representative Positions handling
inbound customer service telephone calls for and on-line telecommunications
company. The duration of these positions are three months and are located
in Pasadena, CA. Duties include:
1. Talks with customers and field sales representatives by phone or email,
answering all questions and handling all concerns.
2. Completes any and all required work to process order activity on customer
accounts.
3. Receives inbound and/or places outbound calls as required
4. Coordinates activity as needed between field sales representatives and
other departments / vendors/ or customers.
5. Assures service quality standards are attained and adhered too
6. Accurately record all order activity to customer accounts
Required Skills: Expert Telephone Techniques, Expert Customer Service,
Intermediate Computer knowledge, Intermediate Internet knowledge and
Intermediate Order Entry.
