The selected SAP project manager candidate will start this exciting career
expansion in this teamwork environment by leading the SAP functional, technical,
support and program management teams through all phases of the project
lifecycle. This will include managing the SAP project work teams including
basis infrastructure, validation, training and users, Ensure work plan
integration across all teams in accordance with the ASAP methodology and
implementation road map. Create and maintain project work plans a control
budget, scope and schedule. Manage according to the integrated plan to ensure
efficient use resources and timely go-live of projects to support the business.
Coordinate and control changes to project scope, schedule and resources. Manage
project costs in accordance with the approved budget Manage project risk through
effective mitigation strategies. Track and resolve issues. Ensure consist
application of IT implementation methodology including all validation
requirements. Coordinate communications within the project teams and to the
business community. Ensure timely development and implementation of all phases
of the system. Conduct team building and ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualified SAP project manager candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelors
degree in a technical field, three years project management in enterprise
applications/software implementations. The successful candidate will also have
at least One full life cycle of implementation project management experience.
Experience using and supporting group ware and project management tools. Manage
application projects in accordance with flood Automated Manufacturing Practices
(GAMP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as outlined in the Feferal Code
of Regulations 21 parts 11 210 and 211. Ability to work under pressure. Strong
analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Must be a team player and a self-starter.
