Qualifications

Strong Actuate reporting experience is required.

"Incentive Compensation Management, Human Resource Compensation Plan
Administration and/or General Accounting experience in an IT support
capacity.

Experience leading user requirements sessions, including detailed
analysis, documentation, design, development of systems specifications,
testing, implementation and support.

Proficiency with SQL programming concepts, Oracle, reporting tools (e.g.
Business Objects, MS Access), and understanding of relational data
modeling concepts.

Experience with Incentive Compensation packages (such as Callidus,
TrueComp, Centiv, Motiva) Rational Unified Process, and ErWin modeling
tool a plus."

Description
Senior Systems Analyst analyzes and translates business requirements in a
form that can easily be understood by all audiences (Corporate IT,
Business Units and Management). Senior Systems Analyst identifies all
system constraints, implications, and consequences of various system
changes. Senior Systems Analysts identifies specification changes for
programming staff.

Senior System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and modifying all
Actuate reporting requirements. Develops functional requirements for
application development and/or modification. Analyzes and evaluates
current systems to determine required changes to support applications and
processing needs. Provides strategic advice to business unit by defining
/ developing business processes and researching and identifying enabling
systems/technologies. Provides technical support to business unit by
analyzing new software programs and hardware equipment and conducting
cost /benefit analysis. Identifies potential problems and develops and
implements technical solutions.
