Things you NEED to have: (MUST HAVE )
1. Hands on TrueComp experience - Install, configure, set up,
support.
2. ETL
3. Informatica
You MUST HAVE the Above
Other Qualifications:
<> Extensive knowledge and experience with Extract Transform and Load
(ETL) tools
including Informatica.
<> Callidus True Compensation Incentive Management (TCIM) is highly
preferred.
<> Ability to code Unix Shell scripts required; Java experience
preferred.
<> Knowledge of relational databases required; Oracle experience strongly
preferred.
<> Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
<> Strong written skills in the area of technical and data design.
<> Banking, Mortgage or Loan Origination Systems experience a plus.
<> Incentive Management System and/or Human Resources experience
preferred.
Nice to have but this alone wont get you the job
1. UNIX shell scripting
2. Oracle
3. lending or compensation incentive/management systems experience.
