Job title: Java Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 12 months
Contract: corp to corp

Job description:
• 2 to 5 years of experience with Java development
• 2 to 3 years of experience with web services and web service protocols (SOAP, REST)
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate selection criteria experience
• Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JSPs, JPA, advanced Java, Hibernate, HTML, XML, DHTML, web services (REST, SOAP), WebSphere, and Eclipse
• Sound knowledge of design patterns
• Familiarity with ORM tools such as Hibernate
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit
• Proven significant programming experience (research, design, gathering requirements, working with business units, developing programs, testing, documentation, and production support)
• Demonstrated experience working in matrixed project teams employing software engineering principles such as design patterns, versioning software, continuous integration, automated deployments, and automated test tools
• Demonstrated experience with database design fundamentals and a working knowledge of a relational DBMS, preferably Oracle or MS SQL Server, and proficiency with SQL
