Please do not cross post this crap to rec.food.drink.beer, keep it
in the alt.zima section, no one at rec.food.drink.beer wants to continually
have to filter out mis-directed posts.

Gee, we're a tad bitter about Zima, aren't we? However, a good point has been
made - Zima info. and questions don't really belong on a group with the word
"beer" in it. Sorry, Zima lovers. =)

Well, I posted the original query; and I *intentionally* crossposted the question
to rec.food.drink.beer because I wanted to know how the alcohol content of Zima
compared to common beers. To answer my question, one needed to 1) know something
about Zima, and 2) know something about beer. Hmmmm, sounds like the question
did in fact relate to beer, to me.

If Todd McGuinness still has a problem, I'd say that he has a stick up the butt.

Yup, intentionally...

Umm..excuse me, but don't even *try* to pretend you're from the utdallas.edu
domain. We don't admit people stupid enough to not understand that beer groups
are for discussing *beer*! Novel idea, eh? Now why don't you go back to the
zima group and hang out with the other losers that drink that crap!

Sorry for the flameage on the group, guys. I've just encountered too many
newbie losers this morning, and with whatever domain name game this idiot is
playing, it's hard to followup by email.

ObBeer: Got a chance to try "Wildcatter's Crude Stout" at the Texas Beer
Festival and the Gingerman. This stuff is brewed in San Antonio (home of my
alma mater) and is every bit a respectable stout. The mouthfeel is very full
and nice and the finish chocolatey with an almost too faint roastiness and
quite a bit of hop bitterness. I think there may be some licorice in it as
well. I heard it compared to a homebrewed stout in relation to the bitterness,
and would say that's a fair evaluation. It's good to know that someone in
Texas is willing to brew a nice, full stout with a lot of hops! P-:
