The Office of Para Professional Services Corp., a member of the Queens
Chamber of Commerce provides a service in acquiring "On Premises Liquor
License in an arround the New York City, New York State Area.
If you are seling your business, or acquiring a new location for the purpose
of a bar, taven, or eating drinking establishment, you should know, the
State Liquor Authority will not issue a license unless the premises can
produce a certificate of occupany....
If you acquired the business from a third party, and there is a license on
the premises, you can obtain temporary permit for a period of 90 days.
However, you must insist that your attorney get possession of the sellers
license at the closing, or you could be wasting your time, and paying for a
temporary permit you may not see...
Acquiring a license in New York can be difficult, and you could be wasting
both money and time. So if you would like more information about acquiring a
license in New York, why not send your email to MJF...@MSN.COM
I will gladly send you the information. Michael J. Floyd, Para Professional
Services, Corp. Flushing, New York
