I am from France (in Europe for people not knows yet... I am joking), in reply
to a personn who is hangry against American laws, I want to give some
informations about drinking in my country and about minimum age level for
social capacity:

- Majority age is 18: .For Vote
.To be elected in a city for major seat.
.For beeing military or doing milatary services.
.For have driving license.
.To playing Slot machine.
.To be Self-responsible.
- For Married minimun age level for men are 17 and for women only 15.
- You have to do 21 years old to be elected as Deputy of the nation.

AND FOR DRINKING there is no legal minimum age.
You can drink alcohol at the age of 1 month if your parents are with you.
If you are alone, you can drink beer at 14 years old, and a very large
part of alcohol drinkink beverage at 16 years old.

SO if you want to beeing a SIX PACK JUNKY come in Europe...

See you Soon.

Do you really think tolerance breeds abuse? I think keeping alcohol a
"secret" and hiding it from children makes them want to use it more. Why
not nurture them in an informative environment?
