is there a good source for a tap and refrigerator combo that will hold two
kegs? Some people call them kegerators.

They are quite expensive... but a true brand one from kegworks would be the
best if money is not an object... If money is an object you could build
yourself one using a freezer for much cheaper

Build you own! If you have access to an old refridge(50 bucks for a used
one), get it to your house and dismantle that badboy. Build a wood box
lined with 1" styrofoam(or thicker if you have the space), seal up all
places that air could escape with caulk, and put the compressor from the
old fridge on the beer box you just built. The compressor part is the
most difficult but building your own box lets you design it to fit
anywhere. Then, hook up a CO2 setup to go directly into the fridge, run
a tap line and voila! instant kegolator fully adapted to your living
environment...I did this several years back and it worked like a madman.
