Hello, I would like to buy a Mesa Basis M-2000, and the two 2x10 cabs
with it. I'm trying to find the best price + shipping for this. I
would like to buy it from out of state to avoid paying sales tax.

Any Mesa dealers online that have great prices? I went to Mesa's
website and printed out a long list of their resellers, but I'd like to
know if anyone out there knows of reputable Mesa dealers that can hook
me up with a good price, and that will ship to NJ.

Please let me know, and thanks in advance for your help.

Don

Mesa doesn't allow dealers to discount their equipment. If you want to
deal mesa you have to adhere to their pricing. I'll tell ytou this
though, the m-2000 with 2 2x10" wedges is a loud, kick-ass
,combination.....I used mine just last night and after 3 years I'm
still amazed by it. Spend the cash, you won't be dissapointed!

Hey Billybob,

Thanks for your post! Ok, I have now established the fact that
all the prices are the same...which is a good thing. Any reputable
dealers out there that would be able to ship it to NJ, without it
costing a fortune, and getting it here in one piece ? : ) Otherwise,
I'll just buy it from a dealer in NJ, and pay the 6% sales tax.

It's good to hear that you are doing well with the M-2000 setup.
What style of music do you play. I pretty much think this amp is suited
for just about any style, dont you?

thanks,

Don

Well, i'm just starting to look, but one price I got off the net for the
m-2000 head was in $1600 range

I'm not sure how much the 2x10 cabs cost
