Only one thing can be done in a case like this, podner - lay down and die all
graceful like. :-)

Actually, many healthy people can survive a bite from a 4 string passive bass
(i.e. Fender P-Bass). A 5 string bite is much more serious, and there is no
record of anyone surviving a bite from a active 6 string bass with an 18 volt
pre-amp.
