We have been creating Code 128 Table C barcodes using a program called
Q-Barcode (by QW Enterprises) for years. We have to first use a
program on an old Mac (OS9) to convert our SICI code into a SISAC
Symbol and then enter this into Q-Barcode. The old Mac has died and we
are looking to find a way to create such barcodes directly - can
anyone suggest a better way to make such barcodes in one step or at
least to find a way to convert our SICI code into SISAC?

I tried IDAutomation's Image Generator program to create a barcode
from the SICI code, which what it suggests, but the resulting barcode
is slightly different from the one Q-Barcode makes. NB I currently
don't have access to a barcode reader!

thanks for any suggestions,
Iain

There are a couple windows programs that will do what you want.

http://www.idautomation.com/barcode/print-sisac-sici.html

That is the only one I found at the moment.

Thanks Robert, I'll have a look at that one. I had given up hope of a
reply!
