Who is Ender Sai?

I have finally decided to finish Chapter Three (with TOTSC
installed). When I go into the main bandit tent, the chief tell's me
I will meet the same fate as Ender Sai, then attacks. While I am
mopping him up (We're all pretty tough... level 6), I accidentally
turned Ender Sai hostile (fireballs do that, I guess). Naturally, in
all the carnage with the summoned dogs, skeletons, mirror images,
etc., I kill Ender.

9 Reputation lost!! I need to go back through my journal, see if I
missed something, but it is so badly organized. Anybody have any
clues on whether I made a later quest unplayable, or worse, the game
unwinnable?

I'm going to go back to my save right before I entered the camp, but
if anyone can save me cleaning out the camp again, I will be really
grateful.

You miss out on the information he has, but it shouldn't prevent you
from going on. Did you get the letters from the chest? Did the next
chapter start? If you haven't done so, start another save and see...

I don't think you suffer anything too irrevocable, just the reputation
loss - but Ender Sai would have given you a little more information about
the origin of those you're up against.

I'm going to go back... I want to get all the story bits that I can,
plus I don't want to work my way back up to Heroic (20)... I was
enjoying the price breaks while party building.
