But I am absolutely sure about Robert Deniro. I saw a picture of him before
without a piece. He was bald. Look how he styles his hair when going on a
talk show. It is combed forward over the hairline. Look at different
movies, and watch how the shape of his hairline changes and moves with the
different pieces and different styles. I'm sure someone can corroborate and
back me up on this. I wish I could dig up that picture of him without a
piece.

Robert D. has worn hairpieces-- and has gained and lost weight for
various movie roles (Raging Bull, The Untouchables, etc.). If you have
seen him with a shaved head, partially balding, etc. it was the result
of a movie role. He is well known for going to extremes to get into
character.
Tommy lee Jones has been known to do this as well. His real hair is what
you see in a movie like "The Fugitive" He sports a mostly shaven head in
"Cobb". In fact, he went to the Academy awards a few years ago with this
chrome dome while filming.
I'm pretty sure Paul Reiser sports a rug. Chuck Norris, too. Walter
Koneig. Don Knots. Chuck Heston. Jack Lemmon. Richard Burton when alive.
Ditto Liberache. I wonder about Pete Roses' hair. Kevin Dobson. Jack
Lord. Mike Connors. Jack Lord. Deforest Kelley was rumored to wear one.
Howie Mandel. I sometimes wonder about Howard Stern, but that's a tough
call. Mike Douglas. David Spade-- his hair was really thin a few years
ago, now its pretty full-- might be a transplant.

He has a pretty full head of hair.
A more interesting question might be which celebrities, or actors in
particular, choose not to disguise their MPB, ie., haven't had grafts
and generally don't wear hairpieces? Seems like a depressingly small
group. It shows you how deep-seated the negative image of MPB must be
in the American public, that so few actors are willing to live with
it:
Bruce Willis (or did he have grafts?)
Kevin Costner
Jeremy Irons
Any more?

Add Chuck Norris (for sure) and the cohost guy on the TNN show "Crook and
Chase" and the cohost on entertainment tonite, Neil Diamond, Wayne Newton,
Michael Bolton (nasty looking rug).

I have learned from very reliable sources that the following celebrities
wear hairpieces:
Tom Cruise
Leonardo Dicaprio
Alec Baldwin
Kurt Russell
George Clooney
Robert Deniro does not wear a hairpiece. Get a clue.

Um...yeah.

Duh. In case you were wondering.....this was a joke. I was being facetious
in order to point out the absurdity of the guy who thinks Robert Deniro
wears a hairpiece.
I can't believe I wasted my time answering your ignorance. When I get
around to it, I'll do a search on the internet, and try to point you in the
direction of some photos.

Well, might he not have had the incentive to make his hair LOOK LIKE THE REAL
AL CAPONE'S???

Or just rent Frankenstein or any movie where he has a shaved head. I think he
had pretty short hair in the movie Awakenings.
Rodney was almost bald before the first Caddyshack movie.
Your language is unnecessary.... and as for "Incentive", possibly a million
dollar film salary for which stars will gain or loose weight, shave, thin, or
bleach their hair or act like complete idiots in a lame scripted film.....

I doubt that one;
on a more positive (although jealous) note, what about Robert Redford.
How is that this guy (who must be late 50's or more) has hair like I did
when I was 12? I mean, blonde hair that could cover his eyes if he
didn't comb it. luck of the draw I guess.
Redford has had a HT.
Other celebrities that have had one are Meg Ryan,
Christie Brinkley and Lassie (really a male dog with CPB,
Canine Pattern Baldness)
It is rumored that that annoying punk from 'Home Alone' had
one at age 13. Having a HT at such a young age is not
recommended but HT surgeons will generally tell anyone anywhere
anything they want to hear so they can sell their 'services' to
them. Once accomplishing this they have their paranoid clients 'hooked'
for life.

It seems to me that the further one goes from Hollywood, with its
unrealistic emphasis on youth, the less scared famous people are to show a bit
of scalp.
New York based celebrities seem a bit more down to earth in this respect.
Woody Allen is a good example as is almost any name in the literature or
theatre scene.
British celebrities not based in Tinseltown also feel less of a need to wear
rugs when not playing a role (e.g.,the late Lawrence Olivier, Sting, Sean
Connery, Ben Kingsley).
Doug Ruby
John Cleese (Monty Python fame) has some hideous plugs in my opinion.

Agreed, but he had them done in the late 70s, early 80s, they showed
an interview (on Time And Again) just a few weeks ago where he talks
about having the transplant and 'having to water them' .
One of the drawbacks of being one of the first to have something like
that done.
For the Celebrity list: Steven Tyler (Areosmith) has EXTENSIVE weaves.
